It's ironic that their name has the word "Reliable" in it. My experience with them was the complete opposite of reliable. I called yesterday Jan 28th, made an appointment with the young lady over the phone for the 29th. She said it would be $125 for a routine maintenance check. I called today the 29th at around 12ish to follow up on the appointment, especially since i never received a confirmation email or text for my appointment. I find out appointment was never set, and my info was not even in the system. The young lady told me that there was appointments Available between 12 and 4p. I agreed to the time given. She told me that the charge would be $190, so I just simply asked why I was given a different price yesterday the 28th of $125. I said it's fine, I'll pay it, but just wanted to know why it's different today. She said she didn't know why. Then all of a sudden maybe as a result of me asking to many questions about pricing, the abruptly said that they don't have appointments Available anymore. ‍♂️ Not sure who's in charge but this business wasted my time. People that waste peoples time are the worst. I think the girl said Stephanie Cruz was the manager. I called another local business and got a same day appointment. P.s. i uploaded a screenshot picture to prove that I was on the phone with them. I was on the phone for 15min yesterday and 13min today. I don't like to be this petty, but I HATE when people waste my time

I believe that we began using Schreurs HVAC when Al Schreurs was the owner. Jeff Schreurs is just the best. He is experienced, knowledgeable and competent. What a wonderful personality he has! On the day after Christmas, I called Jeff to install a Google Nest thermostat I had received for Christmas. He came the next day and determined that because of our air conditioning system the Nest would not work. But he did suggest another brand of WiFi enabled thermostat that would work. He has installed the Nest many times and knew exactly what could be done and what could not be done. We trust Jeff to serve us going forward and give him our highest recommendation! Edit 12/29/2023: We got a service notice on our web-based thermostat a couple days ago. I texted Jeff and he was able to come over the next day and perform routine maintenance. It was a genuine pleasure to visit with Jeff while he performed the service on my furnace. He is honest, reliable, respectful, pleasant and courteous. You will not find a better HVAC guy than Jeff Schreurs. We are so grateful to have such trustworthy small-business service providers near us!

I was recommended to have Jeff come to our house by a friend of mine. After having two other local companies come and take a look at our furnace first, my husband and I were ready to drop $4000 on a new furnace when our current one DID NOT EVEN NEED REPLACING. Jeff came to our house, fixed the tiny issue that needed to be fixed (for about $80 <-- something the first two companies should have fixed), and now our current furnace is working perfectly fine again. Thank you very much, Jeff. We will keep definitely call you for any of our furnace issues from now on :)

I recently bought a home in Oostburg. During the inspection, my inspector said, whoever they've been using to maintain the HVAC, you should keep. He was right! Very grateful the previous owners recommended him, too. He's been great to work with.

Great service from Jeff. Honest assessment of the furnace problem, no high pressure sales pitch to replace with new. Highly recommend you call him first.

I sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail over a period of couple of weeks and received no response. If you are too busy to take on any new work, I understand, but you are not so busy that you cannot send an email or return a phone call.

Jeff is the best in the area. He is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent, prompt service and installation at reasonable rates. Highly recommended.
