I’ve been using Harris Air for my HVAC services for several years now, and they are fantastic! They’re always responsive, and their customer service is top-notch. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, and they never try to upsell unnecessary services. A couple of years ago, I was sure my AC unit needed to be replaced and even requested a quote—but they were honest enough to tell me that my old unit was still in great shape and should last several more years. That kind of integrity is rare and appreciated! I also use their service plan, and they make it so easy by calling every fall and spring to schedule maintenance so I never have to remember on my own.
