This is the 2nd time I've needed emergency repairs on my air-conditioner in 5 years and I've used Smirnoff both times. They are great. The young man, Hunter was very polite, extremely informative and gave me some yearly maintenance tips. I called and left a message at 9pm last night (Saturday) and received a text by 9:30pm saying they would be out the next morning. Fantastic customer service. I'll never use anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Hunter came out and explained everything he was doing. When he fixed our ac he told us how to keep it clean and explained everything he saw.

Have had multiple companies come out to fix our unit since last summer, and no one could find a fix. Brandan came out today and within a few minutes found a very simple issue and had it fixed in minutes. Very thankful for prompt service (we called the night before and he was here by lunchtime today!), knowledge in the field to get a good fix, and the best pricing of anyone we have previously used.
