Great experience with S&R meeting technician Andrew who was very accommodating, knowledgeable, with good communication and positive attitude. He explained in precise detail the maintenance options and parts requiring replacement, and physically showed the parts that had deteriorated. He was also very knowledgeable discussing various furnace and AC options, along with maintenance on my current furnace/AC units. Highly recommend this company and really appreciated Andrew’s insight and expertise.

Prompt service, great communication and knowledgeable, three qualities hard to find in a service company but that's what we received from S&R Heating & Cooling. Joe was friendly, professional and efficient in diagnosing our fireplace issue and cleaning and servicing them. In Feb 2025, S&R's team installed our Bryant heating and cooling system with an air source heat pump. From the consult with Rob to the install with Joe, Alex and the rest of the team (as well as our service appointments), it has been nothing but an amazing experience. The team was professional, thorough and answered any questions we've had. Joe even notified me of a part that needed to be replaced on the water heater that was not included in the job - he did it for us anyway. I was honestly shocked how the team can install such a high quality system in just one day. I can't recommend S&R enough... Thanks guys!

We have been with S&R Heating and Cooling for over 25 years. They offer a great rate, amazing service and high quality work! Rob and his team were amazing and went above and beyond putting g in our heat pump, furnace, water softener, humidifier and dehumidifier! We are so pleased with everything they did! We had gone one week without AC. We had one other company come out that thought it was going to be a huge expensive repair. So we called S & R heating and cooling because they are an authorized dealer to do work on our system for our warranty and they had such good review’s. From the receptionist to the tech they all were so kind and helpful. We had Nathan B. come to the house he figured it out right away! It was not as bad or as expensive as the original tech from the other company had thought. Nathan had it up and running in under a half an hour! Not only did he fix our AC but he found an installation issue with our electric water heater in our new construction home that we need to get fixed from the original installer. He’s extremely knowledgeable! I can’t recommend this company enough. They have our business for life!

Nathan has been great! Was able to diagnose and fix 2 non-functioning AC units post storm . First time in 25 years that a tech did not try to sell us on a new AC unit or furnace. Would highly recommend!!!

I was so pleased and impressed with this company. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly when they repaired my air conditioner. They got me on the schedule quickly, told me exactly what to expect (work, time and expense) and got me set up on a maintenance plan. When they were done, everything was cleaned up nicely. I am just so impressed with this company from calling and having someone answer the phone to getting accurate and consistent information to the very professional work done.
