Dan Lin at HVAC Service Master is truly fantastic. I can't recommend him highly enough. Last December, when my A/C unexpectedly quit on me (yes, in the winter!), I was worried, but Dan quickly came to the rescue. He got it up and running just enough to keep things comfortable. A few weeks later, the 20-year-old motor finally gave up the ghost. I called Dan again, and despite the chilly weather, he was at my house fast and helped me replace the entire unit. Dan is willing to go the extra mile to get your HVAC fixed quickly and effectively. What impressed me most, though, is his honesty—he was upfront about costs and did not overcharge for his services, which is hard to find these days. Updated Review: The company reached out and promptly came over to reassess the unit (see previous review below). The motor was fine but the fan blade wasn't balanced. They were able to replace the fan and now the unit is just as quiet as it was before the motor replacement. I appreciate the willingness to come back out and correct the issue for no additional cost. Its nice to see that the business takes customer satisfaction and feedback seriously and goes above and beyond to help. Original Review: 2/5 My AC condenser motor went out and although they were very nice to work with and quick to respond, they replaced my motor with a "new" motor that has a bad bearing. It is so unbelievably loud and annoying that my dog now refuses to go outside while its on.
