The place was clean, the staff was VERY helpful. They explained what I needed, offered me water, had a stool to sit and wait while they made sure the part was the correct one. I really appreciated their knowledge and ability/ willingness to go above and beyond. I went in with a part and no real idea what I needed. They never made me feel like a silly woman, they were respectful and helpful.
Washer Specialties has outstanding customer service, both in-store and over the phone. Their inventory and variety are impressive — if you need an appliance component, chances are they have it in stock. Best of all, there are no surprises when you open the box, unlike with some online stores. Highly recommended!
Needed a new capacitor for my AC. Not only did the service representative, I think Parker, test the old one, but he made sure the new one tested well. Very impressed with the service we received. Have never been let down by Washer Specialties.
