Handy Bros. HVAC Windsor (AC and Furnace Repair)

My entire experience with Handy Bros from start to finish was professional and exceeded my expectations. From the diagnostic analysis by technician Jaden Benson on my 14 year old (and neglected) tankless water heater, to Comfort Advisor Frank Hasiak who prepared a reasonable quote for replacement, to the three service guys who did a quick and superb installation - all of this within 3 days of my initial call - this is among the best service I have ever experienced. I now have a top of the line tankless water heater made in British Columbia, a 10+ 10 + 15 year transferable warranty on parts & labour, and will be subscribing to the Family Plan maintenance for my existing furnace, a/c, humidifier and new water heater. Definitely give them a 100% recommendation and rating!

Handy bros was able to send a technician out on the same day we called about our furnace. Matt was great. He diligently worked though all the possibilities of what was wrong. He explained everything in a manner that was easy for me to understand and ordered the part we needed before he left. He reassured me that, once the part came in the repair would only take a short amount of time and that I wouldn’t be charged for a second service call. Great job Handy Bros.

The experience from start to finish was great. My furnace was completely out of commission so I contacted a few companies to see what could be done. Kyle came by and spend quite a while checking everything over to ensure nothing was missed. He was also available at any time to answer questions or help with the process. On installation day the team arrived right at 7 (I was told 7-8, so very on time!) and completed the job quicker than expected. Fantastic service throughout!

He took the time to explain everything clearly, checked the system carefully, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. 5 star experience across the board. We first met with Anthony for an in-home consult which was highly informative. There was no pressure and he laid out all of our options for swapping out for a new furnace, A/C, and water heater. On install day we were greeted by Spencer, Bryce, and Ernesto. These guys were highly professional, friendly, and very caring for their surroundings. Our furnace room was left cleaner than when they arrived. The work is high quality and Spencer took the time to explain everything in detail once it was complete. Thanks guys!! Just had my Heat Pumps installed by Brett, Jakota and Donavin. They were prompt and showed up on time, they worked really hard and got it all installed. They took their time to walk me through the system and cleaned up any mess they made. Highly recommend these guys!

Handy Bros. just installed a tankless water heater, and from sales through installation, they were polite, professional, and hard-working. We compared pricing and debated between renting or buying and always came back to Handy Bros pricing for a superior product, and their monthly finance amount was less than renting with Reliance Just wanted to add an update to my review. We were also in need of replacing our furnace and again chose Handy Bros after price shopping. The install team worked hard and got the job done with almost no disruption in our gas service on a very cold day. Their pricing again was competitive enough for us to choose buying over renting, and it's nice knowing we have a brand new furnace/ac unit with a 10 year warranty.
