Cris came out to do a check of my units. He explained everything so I could understand the issue & how he was going to fix it. He has a great smile & I was completely at ease to welcome him into my home to make the adjustments to my units. He did an excellent job and I would recommend Vance for your Heating & Cooling needs.

Vance did an exceptional job helping me with my issue. It only took them a day to send someone out and the technician, Carlos, was knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed my issue within maybe 10-20 minutes and then offered solutions. One even included an immediate repair which he was able to implement within an additional 10 minutes and I had AC again. The price was more than fair and the timeliness was much appreciated. God forbid it but, I'd be happy to have them help me again.

Carlos arrived this morning to repair our furnace. He arrived ahead of schedule and was able to diagnose our furnace's issue to get it back up and running. He was friendly and professional and we would welcome him back when we find ourselves in need of HVAC repair. Vance has proven, once again, they are the best!
