More offers with IKEA family. Friendly staff helped to locate the product. Has a cafeteria inside for quick refreshments. Have a good shopping

I spent 121 dollars for a new shelf and the hardware and instructions are missing for the most vital part of the shelf. I called customer service to see if I could get adequate compensation for what occurred and was told the best they could was a 30.00 dollar gift card. While I understand that the customer rep himself is tied to corporate polices and cannot make those decisions, I cannot believe a company would act in such an egregious matter. The company should have the ability make sure stores receive the correct parts and units as it inconveniences the employees and causes significant delays. Update: We had to go back to the store to get the extra hardware and were told that since they only get extra hardware from returns, they don’t have a lot to work with. IKEA, do better. The employees deserve better and the customers deserve better. This is not okay

This place is massive, they have a pathway the leads you through showrooms all the way to the warehouse where you get your items. They have tags to help you find the items. Plenty of items on clearance. I got 2 nightstands only paid $40 a piece, they were super easy to put together. No screws/bolts except the wheels. The food at the restaurant was good with a good price.

Always a pleasure to go on a window shopping date with my wife at IKEA. This trip the notable items are the Alex drawers that we ended up purchasing, the Hylsne~ throw blanket that was super soft, and the PAX closet solution that will definitely be on the list soon!

My wife and I stopped by IKEA on a Sunday night to get some ideas for our upcoming remodel. It’s been a few years since I’ve been, and while it feels like the quality has gone down on some items, I noticed they have different tiers of quality depending on what you’re looking for. We ended up picking up some lightweight duck feather duvets and a few smaller household items. What really stood out was all the kitchen appliances, storage solutions, utensils, and décor—they had a ton of stylish, practical options at good prices. Overall, we enjoyed the trip and left with some solid finds.

I just got out of this facility. I bought some lightnings from them. They put the price tag for the chandelier on sale $99 and usb charger for $11.99. But when I checked out, the price was full in price. I asked the worker at self check-out assistance. She told me she needs to verify that but didn’t do anything. I had to walk back to the aisle for lightning stuffs and took all pictures to show them. The assistant called 1 person to come out to verify and that person called another one to come and check. After they verify all my pictures are correct. They just want to let me go without apologizing for false advertising. They acted like I was trying to fraud them from what they are selling. Whole checkout process took me like extra 30 minutes to go. For people who like to shop here, please be aware of this kind of false advertising and be prepare to take picture of all sale price tags before going to check out.

I went in to just look for some desk organization items and could have spent a few thousand dollars there. They have everything that you need for your living space and then some. And the cafeteria was VERY good. I can easily recommend the Buffalo Chicken wrap and rainbow cake. An hour and a half flew by but felt it was only a few minutes.
