enjoyed my experience dealing with Moe and the rest of the staff. Bought a used car, negotiation was smooth and reasonable. They took care of the service we agreed to in a quick and very professional manner. Would highly recommend visiting this dealer for new and used car purchasing.

Well, I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership. Really this goes for the service department as they were the only ones I dealt with, but given my experience. I am positive that the whole establishment is a 5 STAR place of business. Let me start from the beginning. I was in Michigan for work (I LIVE IN FLORIDA) and one day my check engine light comes on. I immediately have the car towed to the dealership with the mindset of something simple and that I would have my car back in a day or 2. Yeah okay, the ISSUE was MAJOR and Preston had to break the bad news. With Preston running out of options, we came up with a plan and it worked just the way it was supposed to. After dealing with my WARRANTY company for weeks, they FINALLY approved a job that cost just under $10,000 that almost ended up being MY expense due to the nature of how my warranty wanted the claim to be handled. I wanted to wait until I drove a decent amount of miles before I wrote this review. My INFINITI Q-50 DRIVES BETTER THAN WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT. So it is safe to say that the tech, who's name is Tim did an AMAZING job with this INTRICATE JOB that was required. Thank you guys for being GREAT!!

I always have a great experience working with Adam at Infiniti of GR. He is professional, thorough, and honest — qualities that are hard to find in car service. I always feel comfortable bringing our vehicles in knowing I’m getting trustworthy advice and excellent care. In fact, we just purchased our third Infiniti for our household, strictly because we know we have a great place to service our vehicles with Adam and his team. Highly recommend!

Could not have had a better experience. Had an absolutely awful situation where I was bamboozled by the seller of the vehicle I had and had to get an extensive amount of work done that I was absolutely not anticipating after having only had the vehicle for a month. Preston and the team were all so kind and accommodating and put up with my emotional mini breakdown with kindness and compassion. After I left, there was an issue that really had nothing to do with any of their repairs they had done but they told me to bring it back and they test drove it twice and did a couple small fixes at no extra charge probably because they took pity on me, which I will absolutely take and appreciate at this point. 10 out of 10 recommend and thank you Preston for being so kind and helpful!

James and Patrick were great. A very relaxed environment. I felt no pressure at any time to buy at that moment or get any add ons to the purchase. James was fun to talk to about the vehicle and quite knowledgeable on the car itself. I had already done a lot of research on the car before hand, but learning the potential and backing of the car was a big win. It hasn’t been long since the purchase I went through with. However, if the service I was provided stays that solid I have no doubts I will continue to be happy.

Experience was excellent every step through the process! I drove 800 miles round trip to get my QX60, Ha and the team made everything effortless. I would do it all again in a heartbeat!
