I had an issue due to a power outage. I was unable to access anything from my security camera system. Left a text message for David and he not only responded quickly, but he was able to get me back up and running with the information that he provided me with. Completely disgusted with Innerlink!!! The one dude was completely unprofessional (using the F bomb constantly), they left large holes in our brand new soffit , they almost ran the wiring through our living room CEILING (left 3 small holes) but were seen, questioned and stopped just in time , the camera quality is garbage and the wiring job is terrible! AND they charged for parts they never installed! They were in a hurry to get it done and go. We will never recommend this company!! E v e r!! AND, after spending all that money on their service, we ended up calling a different company out to help fix this mess just a couple months later. Please people, find someone else, or you may end up infuriated and be unable to get them to care to do anything about it. Smh!

Initial communication could have been better but all in all a great job by the installer. Very neat job and explained how to use the system very well. I did have a question about something on the system yesterday and they got right back to me with the answer. I would surely recommend them.

Their technician David is outstanding. He's a perfectionist who accommodates all my security needs. I had hardware and monitoring from another company but switched to Innerlink because of him.

I would recommend Innerlink. The technicians were prompt and very knowledgeable. They were able to suggest great cost effective solutions to our issues. The office staff is very helpful, as well.

Excellent service and product! I needed an updated system, so after researching, I called Innerlink. They were super helpful and on top of it. They installed new cameras and a doorbell the following week. They trained us on how to operate everything after installation was complete. The cameras are crystal clear and great quality. The team was very knowledgeable, and everything went smoothly. Definitely would recommend.
