Interstate AC

We spent $8000 over 6 months for a commercial AC unit that they never fixed, and our account manager got hostile over it. At one point we settled the service bills and paid a large portion, but when it wasn’t fixed we cancelled our contract. Only after cancelling they claimed we owed the entire amount and threatened a lien against us. I tried hard to be patient and work through it, but it was a very unfortunate experience.

I'm a businesswoman of a couple of locations in the Nashville area. And one thing that always bothers me as I feel like guys take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I trust these guys these guys have saved me money. They are honest dependable, and I cannot recommend them anymore. Talk to Spencer he's amazing.

Have only used Interstate on all of my units at several locations for the last twenty years. The only way to go. Had a young man named Keeton that delivered exceptional service at my home on 8/11/25. He was impressive. They have many skilled technicians and i will stay with them.

When I called at 6:45 am I got a live person! ( I thought I would be leaving a message on a machine!) David, our wonderful repairman was at the house by 9:45 am and finished by 10:30 am. Amazing!! I can’t recommend Interstate highly enough. From the woman who answered the phone to the people service the call, all are so helpful and responsive!

Fantastic service! Showed up the morning after I called, had my issue fixed within a few hours and for a competitive rate compared to other local options. Fast & friendly service, would recommend!

My air conditioning went out with temperatures rising. I called late in the evening and they had a very professional young man come out and take a look at the unit. The unit was frozen and left off overnight. In the morning The same young man came out and was able to get the unit to work perfectly. If you want quality work without getting ripped off This is the company for you.

it seems like a lot of the bad reviews are due to their driving. Maybe instead of just saying, we are sorry, actually talk to your drivers. I was driving home in Clarksville a little before 5 PM yesterday and one of these vans began CRAZILY honking at me for not turning right at a stop light where we aren’t even allowed to turn unless there is a GREEN LIGHT. anyway, their license number was 62990. EDIT: Due to the companies response, I am going to change the review because I don’t want it to harm them. I appreciate you addressing it. Thank you.
