Interstate All Battery Center

This is the interstate to go to. The other one is fine but this one has better employees who are there to help you. No matter the issue, you will get taken care of and treated well here. Great people that reflect the quality product they sell.

Bought a very expensive battery from there around a year-and-a-half ago.They have ran test at two different time's charging the battery fully... saying it's fine.....Today July 13th 2020 I am there again they are spitting out the same thing three men arguing against one female saying there's nothing wrong with the battery!! I have countless photos of me being stalled on the side of the road where I've had to be jumped so you can get home or had to charge my battery at home My stereo guy ran multiple tests at his facility and said the battery was shot! They don't care about their customers their rude,& disrespectful

Jeremy, the store manager helped me tremendously by pulling apart my 2006 Honda key fob. I went to another place that does batteries and they wouldn’t touch it because the screw could not be undone. This was my last key as well since i don’t have a copy. So for basically 10 bucks, Jeremy helped me from spending a lot of money on a new key fob. Eternally grateful.

Good service, but, 5.00 terrified charge per battery? I would advise against.

DO NOT BUY BATTERIES from any of their stores as they are likely selling used/faulty batteries that die within 3 months. I took my interstate battery, that was under warranty in to get my free replacement but they refused to honor the warranty. They told me it would take 2 days to test my battery even though I had already metered it and it was under warranty. After 2 days they recharged my battery, said it was good but that I might have to recharge it again. Spend your money somewhere where they actually honor the warranty or make sure you completely drain the battery before taking it in. What a joke, unethical business practices. Response: I received a loaner battery (not a new battery) after I asked in surprise how I was supposed to get to work, by the way. This was not simply offered up front like you say. This was also after I was told that it would take (2 days) to test my battery, and that's unacceptable. Bad business practices all to avoid fulfilling the 24-month warranty that I already paid for. If my current battery has any issues before 3 years, they will replace it for free, end of story. Please, everyone, refrain from purchasing batteries from these people, you’ll have to hope that everything goes perfectly and you don’t need any further assistance. They’re so worried about the warranty costing them money, but they'll lose customers and go out of business with these tactics in the end. Plenty of other businesses will provide a free replacement the same day while they take 2-3 days to recharge a faulty battery that you'll have to recharge again and again. I've never had a battery that only lasted 3 months. Save yourself the trouble. By the way, too short of a driving distance for a battery would be 5-6 miles and I drive much more than that. My last battery would’ve given me trouble if this was the case but unlike Interstates batteries it wasn’t faulty.

I would give 10 stars if it were an option. Brian went out of his way to help us when our vehicle gave us trouble. Professional, kind, effective and went above the call of duty. We have used this location for multiple purchase and they are always friendly, helpful, kind and reasonable. He will always have our business and recommendation.

I always go to Interstate Battery for my battery needs. Every couple years, I replace the battery in my key fob & garage door opener. They are always very helpful. The gentleman saw me walking w/ a cane & came & opened the door for me & did the same thing when I left the store. How very kind of him to help me out.
