Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning

I had a few services done today, energy efficient hot water tank, thermostat, dryer vent repair. Brandon was on time, actually early. He patiently waited until I was able to get my children off to school and daycare. 10 out of 10 service. After the installation was complete, he showed me how to work the hot water tank and I also was shown how to operate my thermostat installed by a different gentleman.

Wonderful Service! I had 0 knowledge about what kind of heat I even had. When Liam left my house I felt more knowledgeable about my boiler. He was kind and friendly! Perfect job! Very respectful as well!

I love Isaac ! What a great company! Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, professional and genuinely friendly. He is very thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure the services are completed. He has been to my home for boiler maintenance for several years and I would highly recommend him.

Taylor was great and explained everything in depth. He was kind and knowledgeable about our AC unit. These pictures are before and during the cleaning. This was the first cleaning since instalation (April 2024), so it was a free cleaning.

Tyler gave advanced notice arrived earlier than originally expected. He was very professional and courteous. Tyler took the time to explain what was wrong with the furnace. He was able to get and install the part in about an hour. Unrelated to Tyler's excellent service, my opinion is that all or part of the initial service fee could be deducted from the final bill. I appreciate Isaac's ability to schedule the service quickly.

Liam was at my home for a service call for my furnace. He was fantastic! He was able to easily trouble shoot the issue had my heat up and running quickly. He explained how the unit I have works compared to newer, more efficient units for my understanding. Since my furnace is quite aged, he was able to set up an appointment for the same day for someone to come out to give me an estimate. I would highly recommend both this company and Liam!

We had Liam come out to do a furnace tune-up, and we couldn’t be happier with the service! He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s great to work with someone who clearly knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. We’ll definitely be using Isaac again.
