Superclean Restoration is a Water Damage Restoration company, and we recently responded to a fire where we needed an electrician. We called this company, and they arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. They went above and beyond to help the homeowner, even completing extra work at no additional charge. We highly recommend them—they truly deserve a 10-star rating!

What I liked the most, besides how fast they helped me and the great service, was the way they work with the client—listening, understanding, and offering different solutions right away. They really know how to handle different types of clients. I was very happy with the service and the attention I received. "They came and fixed my AC unit same day"

I had my air conditioning unit replaced a year ago, costing $6,000. The unit’s one-year anniversary was last month in August, but it has been problematic since May. It keeps leaking oil, and two months ago, a technician came to fix it, but the issue persisted. Today, another technician came and broke the water pump casing. Now, they refuse to fix it without an additional charge, even though the unit has a 10-year warranty. When I called them, they claimed I was lying and said the casing was already broken. To make matters worse, I came home to find my house flooded with water leaking from the unit. They still refuse to cover the repair and want me to pay for it. The service has been extremely poor, and the unit should not be having these issues. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of support, and I do not recommend this company to anyone. And more, After seeing the technician break the water pump box, I received a message saying they are not responsible if I or anyone in my household breaks it, because it doesn’t break on its own. They are right, it doesn’t break on its own. I saw the technician breaking it when he pulled the pipe out of the box to clean it
