I had a roof leak recently after a rainstorm, and Ken and Nahum were incredibly quick and responsive in getting it taken care of. I’ve referred Ken to my clients in the past and knew he was the first person I should call when it happened. Had my roof recently replaced by Ja-Mar. These guys worked hard and did a beautiful job. Brooks ( project manager) and Bill (salesman) are so easy to work with... Before starting we found out the chimney needed repaired and had to postpone the starting date, Bill took care of everything. Very happy customer!!!

The craftsmanship is exquisite and the team was professional from start to finish. During tear-off they accidentally damaged a couple of window screens and a lamp—things that can happen on any project—but they were completely upfront, took responsibility immediately, and replaced them without me even asking. That integrity mattered a lot to us. They also did a thorough cleanup; we’ve had zero issues with nails or debris. Special shout-out to Cruz, Steve, and the crew—super responsive to every question and genuinely helpful throughout. If you’re considering a metal roof, I can’t recommend Jamar enough. Five stars.

Ja-Mar replaced our roof 10 years ago after hail damage. We had a good experience then, so it seemed natural to go with them after the May 28 hail storm and damage this year. They did full roof replacement along with new overhead door and gutters/downspouts replacement, directly off the original insurance adjuster estimate with no supplements or changes. We (and neighbors) were amazed that they did the roof in one long day, starting at 6a. Victor Vasquez was particularly helpful and thorough that day, and subsequent follow-up. The Jamar gutter people, and the only subcontractor, Garage Door Solutions from Pflugerville, were also great.

Ja-Mar (Bill) came out, gave me a bid, a couple of weeks later, the roofers showed up just before 8 am, tore off the old roof, had 75% of the new metal roof installed before they left. They were back the next morning and finished the entire roof on 2 days! I am very happy with the results, professionalism and the roofers.

Ja-Mar did an awesome job overall. I had them install a 2" standing seam metal roof. They're first install was very good, but not perfect, and I think if I hadn't done a lot of research about metal roofs, I wouldn't have caught some of the errors. This is why I deducted one star. But Steve and the team overall were great, and everything I had concerns about was addressed before they asked for final payment. The final result is great. They also were the most competitive. This is possibly the most satisfied I've ever been with a contractor.

I researched the best Austin Metro roofing companies and picked Ja-Mar based on my research, 5-star Google Reviews, and referral by my neighbors. Ja-Mar gave me a fair bid and included extras that the other bidders (Wilson Roofing, etc.) did not, including removal of old solar attic exhaust fans, installation of attic ridge vents, new solar attic vent fan, new boots for all exhaust pipes in roof and painting all exhaust pipes. TOP-NOTCH JOB by Victor's crew, who were here and actually started working at 06:00 am when it was barely breaking dawn! All debris was picked up although I found some nails and debris in my front gutter. Other than that minor issue they were 100%. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. The GAF shingles they installed have a 50-year warranty and Ja-Mar backs its installation with a 25-year installation labor warranty!
