JENSEN TIRE & AUTO

I was in town for a class, and picked up a roofing nail in my tire. Called first thing Monday morning and got in and out within an hour. They were speedy and efficient! And very affordable. Thank you for taking care of my tire needs!!!

Honestly really appreciate everyone here. I had taken my car to another shop who wanted an exorbent amount for brakes they said needed done while I was getting my oil changed. Took it here after I called them and they quoted me a much more reasonable price and they did a free inspection. Turns out I didn't end up needing brakes for a while after all. First shop I've been to in a long time that isn't trying to take advantage of people for money and I really appreciate it. I will be back when it's time to get my brakes replaced

I came to Jensen Tire for an oil change, a headlight replacement and some other minor services. The drop-off was quick and easy with the services performed in a very timely manner. Their new interactive software identifying the services performed and other recommendations was texted to my cell phone where I had the opportunity to decline or accept the suggested additional potentially problematic services. I did accept one and declined others for the time-being. I next received a text indicating that my car was ready for pickup. All in all it was a very smooth encounter.

Jessie, store manager for Jensen #7 is always quite professional and friendly. While I waited for new tires to put on and balanced, he and Mark kept me posted on progress. Lobby was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Overall a good job. I called and was told it’d be ready between 5 and 5:30. When I got there (I had to walk since I could not find a ride) I was told it was ready but they forgot about the oil change. That took an additional 30-35 minutes, making it closer to 5:45-5:50. My questions got answered well. So far (not even a day after it was picked it up), everything’s seems good. I also didn’t feel "pressured" with a ton of extras. The services that were listed as suggested were ones I know I needed anyway.

Had an emergency leak and came in with no appointment. Guys were great. Price was great. They were communicative the whole time, no unexpected charges or crazy upgrades. Just fixed me up and got me back on the road, exactly as I wanted!
