I had a great experience with this company helping our family with our party needs! We rented a water jumper, an axe throwing activity, tables and chairs. After checking in, they let us have everything the day before to enjoy and picked everything up at the scheduled time. They also brought extensions chords for us to use which was very convenient. Their response times were pretty quick and all of our questions and concerns were answered. Thank you for everything! Will most definitely recommend and comeback.

Jump city is the best and I highly recommend them! The whole process was as easy as it could be, from booking to delivery and pickup. Communication is key and they did an exceptional job and always responded to my questions quickly. They were also flexible with drop off times so that is definitely a plus. Anytime we need a jumper or water slide rental we will 100% be going with this company! To start with, they were so kind, prompt and professional. The jumper was a blast for the kids and so clean! My son had the best birthday ever and the water slide was the cherry on top!

Fantastic experience over the weekend! Had a sunday birthday party and Jump City showed up at the begining of the delivery drop off window, set up everything and cleaned the bounce house no problem, the tables and chairs were all spotless too. Then they showed up exactly at the pick up time and took it all down nice and quick. Was in communication with them prior to the event, they made sure everything was good to go ahead of time and were fast responders to any of my questions, communicated everything very well. Very friendly and professional, will 100% recomend to everyone and will use again! Also the Palm Paradise Playhouse was awesome, all the kids loved it!
