Francisco arrived 7:45 am which was great! I was quoted a time frame from 8:30 am to 3pm for the install of the new HVAC system and he was done at 12:05 pm on a Saturday he kept our home clean and swept when he was finished he even made sure to roll up the runners we had in our high traffic areas in our home. What was shown the day prior by Jon and Bert they really acted quickly and squeezed us into their schedule and I want to say thank you to Francisco for doing and amazing job and being very informative! Once my partner got home he had us both go outside to the new York condenser unit they installed and man it looks amazing!!! I will attach pictures below. The Ecobee thermostat has told us our indoor air quality was poor and that for better ventilation to open some windows to help properly ventilate the home. Technology is amazing and I am glad we updated our system thank you again to everyone at J&W Heating and Air!

I called at 3 on a Friday and they were here by 6, which was amazing because our AC went out and we have a newborn. Our technician was thorough, professional and was able to repair our unit. We signed up for their maintenance plan, so will be using them again! Thankful for their prompt service.

Yuriy provided exceptional service in the inspection and diagnosis of our AC system. Although we were initially uncertain about the underlying issue, he conducted a thorough and methodical assessment, taking the time to clearly explain each step of the process. He reviewed all maintenance checks in detail and presented our options in an informative and professional manner. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase a maintenance plan or proceed with immediate repairs; however, we greatly appreciated that he had a well-prepared plan. We chose to move forward with a maintenance plan to help preserve the system’s lifespan and optimal function. His patience, courtesy, and attentiveness were evident throughout the visit. Overall, Yuriy delivered outstanding service, and we value the follow-up appointment he scheduled to ensure our system remains properly maintained.

After a slight delay do to a personnel shortage the repair was completed later in the afternoon. Zach and his helper did a great job. Finished repair and cleaned up the area. Very happy.

Wally is great. He was constantly in communication about the project, making sure we remained on the same page regarding rerouting the entire duct system and adding duct to install a new vent location in our living room. Very professional yet personable and easy to communicate with. The technicians (Jordan) that did the install of our entirely new system did great work, very efficient and did a final walk through with me when the job was completed. My AC went out and I called J&W as a new customer. They gave me a great first time customer discount and Jon Vaught was my tech. He was extremely professional and kind and was able to diagnose the issue right away. The entire team here are fast-acting and extremely helpful. Bert Sadler is currently on the way and, I’m sure, will be just as helpful! Update: Bert Sadler is amazing! Worked out a special deal with me to get the best product/warranty for my needs. I told him my budget and he made sure to get as close to it as he could. Super informative and helpful. Sits down with you to explain the "why" behind your purchase, which is so important, especially when purchasing something so important. Robin Acevedo and Francisco made an awesome install today!
