KB Electric is great. I’ve used them for many jobs in my homes. Most recently, I had no power in my bedroom outlets and KB ELECTRIC was able to get someone out to do an assessment and get the work done within a couple of days. Romero and Marlon were great. They worked together efficiently and got me all squared away. I will definitely use them again for upcoming projects.

I would highly recommend KB Electric. They were great from start to finish - Victor was great helping with the estimate, and Alicia and Karen were super helpful with scheduling, answering questions and making sure the project moved forward. Raul and his team were punctual and courteous. He kept me updated on the progress, and made sure things went smoothly with the inspector.

Arrived on time and performed proficiently and efficiently. Will recommend to friends and neighbors. Danial and Marlo were the electricians who installed the wire. Also part of the job were Kenny and Hector. All are capable and hard working. I would feel comfortable recommending KB Electric.

I had an electrical issue with my flood lights in the front of the house. Ramiro and his assistant Max came to check it out. They quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it immediately. I called KB after an electrician referred to me said my kitchen exhaust hood had to be replaced, without even coming out to see it. KB came out to give me an estimate, quickly noticed that the manufacturer was still in business, and ordered me a replacement fan. I then had KB replace my electric panel, some light fixtures, doorbells, etc. Egan and his team did a fantastic job and finished all the work early. I can't recommend them highly enough!

KB Electric provides reliably excellent service and has done so through the 30 years we’ve been in our 112 year old house. Courteous. Responsive. Articulate. Easy to reach, promptly call back. They come when they say they’ll come, spread dust covers over everything, and complete the job. And will do so neatly, with minimal dust. K B Electricians will answer every question and explain everything with as much, or as little, detail as you want. Helpful in determining what you need AND what you don’t need, what can and cannot be done, and whether the cost and upheaval is worth it. You get the same excellent service for small jobs (a broken light switch) and huge. Most recently, KB Electricians Egan and Orlando spent five days at our house replacing miles of knob and tube wiring that was tangled between the walls from the basement through the third floor. And they did it leaving minimal dust. Moreover, during the same week, Egan and Orlando took on and completed an additional job for us: installing new wiring and lighting in the basement ceiling. During which they fixed a couple of little things they came across while they were there. This was typical when it was just Keith Ballentine, and has remained typical for all the teams KB has sent over all the years; they will go the extra mile.
