So grateful that Nick was able to get an install scheduled for us this week. Pedro and his crew were absolutely fantastic and did all the extra things that we didn't even realize we needed. We had hot and cold spots in the house for decades, and after the install Nick, Pedro, and crew were able to come back and do the balancing service. They cleared the ducts of some old insulation, installed dampers, changed out the registers, and now the airflow is amazing. Probably what it should have been all along. They are all very generous with their time and making sure that everything is done right. Couldn't be happier with their services, prices, and quality of work!

I had Kingco out to fix my heat pump. It kept losing Freon. My previous AC repair people gave me a song and dance that they didn’t know what was causing my problem. Possibly a coil leak and it would take them a week to figure it out and I would be without my heat pump during that time and possibly I would need a new heat pump. My sister in law recently had a new AC unit put in by Kingco and was really happy with them and suggested I call them. I did and they had no problem finding the coil leak. They replaced my coil in about 5-6 hours for a very fair price. I had Kingco come back out because the blower (not sure of proper word) had an inconsistent speed. Chris came back out and adjusted it (no additional charge) and made sure I was happy with the result. They were great and clean. They are my new AC company I am using now on.

After getting ghosted by three of the big outfits in town and a few days without AC in the summer heat, I reached out to Kingco - Chris, on the first phone call knew my equipment, understood what was going on and had the team out within an hour. They got us fixed up and back in action quickly and the crew was a pleasure to work with. Appreciate the personal service, responsiveness and workmanship. Thanks for saving the day!

Pedro from Kingco Enterprises Inc. did a great job replacing our A/C compressor. It was a really hot day, and he showed up right on time at 8:00 AM—before we even opened our office—to make sure he could get the job done in a timely manner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed as the repair took place. I really appreciated his communication and effort. I was very pleased with Chris also as he coordinated the appointment and kept me informed during the initial service call. I will use Kingco Ent. again, if we ever need service in the future.

One of the best customer service interactions I have had. Service guy was great. People on the phone were awesome. Don't know how that place would do with out Michelle! Owner (KING and family) are "class act". Called to get broken A/C fixed in middle of summer...expected a wait, but they were out the next day and the next day they had the compressor replaced (under warranty..I had no idea).

5 stars is not enough to cover how wonderful everyone is at Kingco. Chris came out and did what 4 other A/C companies couldn't do...figure out what was causing the issue. He did a thorough inspection, diagnosed the problem, explained it in detail, gave honest options and estimates, and couldn't have been nicer doing it. I feel absolutely fortunate for having been referred to them, and just wish it would have been sooner. Nice, reasonable people with nice, reasonable prices.

Kingco responded very quickly and was able to make temporary repairs to get the air running on Sunday. The very next morning they came back and made the final repairs. The tech was very friendly and personable. I will only use Kingco from now on. Everything wad explained to me and they were very thorough.
