Im not surprised with the rating they have, it should be 1 star and if possible no stars. DO NOT GET THEM! AEP IS CHARGING EXTRA FEES BECAUSE OF THEM. I HAVE TO PAY AEP OVER 800 DOLLARS ON TOP OF MY NEW AEP BILL!! I will be writing a review of them on the BBB as well along with any other platform they is on. This is ridiculous and they are scammers. I never in my life hated a "buisness" as bad as i hate this one!! But thats okay what goes around comes around, karma will get them bad!! THEY ALSO LIED ABOUT SAVING ON YOUR BILL!!! DO NOT GET THEM!!!!!!

Do not use this company for the simple fact they will lie straight to your face. They use deceptive sales tactics to make you think you think you're getting a better deal. The dude made it seem like I was going to get my electric 7 times lower than what I was currently paying when they were wanting to actually charge me 3 time higher than what I was paying. For someone had to quit their job for their mental health and still hasn't been able to find one that was an amazing deal, stupid on my part I know. I wish I would have checked these reviews when I was actually talking to the man. The company should be ashamed of itself for lying to new protentional customers about what their getting in to. I'm lucky that I sat down and looked at what I stupidly signed immediately after he left and before I got my new bill but now I got to deal with this nonsense tomorrow about switching back. This company will prey on you, if they show up to your door do not let them in, turn off your lights and pretend to not be home. Don't get screwed over by this company like I and so many other people were. I'd give negative starts if I could

They call me EVERY day under the guise of an urgent situation regarding my electricity and then just try to upsell me. Get me off your list and leave me ALONE!

Some guy came to my door and I cursed him out. He kept his composure and apologized for bothering me. I felt so bad about it I heard him out. Ended up with a low intro rate that I called and locked in after 30 days, a great customer incentive program that gets me free event tickets and meals everytime I let my points rack up. My bills have not decreased super drastically or anything but every little bit helps and atleast my utility company isn't continuing to get fat off my paychecks and I can actually get something back now.

Door to door salesmen approached under the story of investigating info on a recent energy spike. Tried to sneak us into a 36 month contract. Scum

If I could give -373773333 stars I absolutely would. This company is slimiest, most unprofessional energy supplier you could possible go with!!! The guy who bullied me into signing up was fine, but I had another come "check I was getting my discounts" who was honestly scary. He got rude and didn't like that my attention was on my children not him, he made me feel unsafe and I asked him to leave. Months later my bill is out of control, triple my usual. After checking my statements and calling national grid I found out kiwi was charging my more than my actual bill cost!! IT GETS WORSE. I called to cancel my services with them, they kept insisting I keep them and talking me into it. I said no cancel it all, they said they could charge for another month. I check my bill 2 months later and they only canceled the electric part and still charging for gas supplier with them. stay far away from kiwi energy especially if you're looking to save money
