They are literally the best always ! Back in February my furnace gave out and Donis was literally one call away and came and fixed our issue . Last night our water heater went out and he was able to get us in today and get us all set up and ready to go with a new one. Him and his team are amazing always. Always kind and professional very understanding. I would recommend them always. They are definitely the ones to go to .

Dion is very responsive. We have called them for various things, including a furnace out tonight which Dion managed to resolve right away as usual. They installed a heat pump for my other son recently too. So great to know these people!

Ben is amazing, quick and efficient, as well as Dionis as both have serviced our A/C. Besides that, they’re both very good people. I highly recommend both Dionis and Ben. The price for coming out quickly and doing work efficiently seems to be more affordable than most companies that overcharge and are grumpy.

Professional, Friendly, Prompt. I am super impressed with the quality of work and knowledge of Dionis and Jonathan. Quoted and installed within one-week. For years we have been living with inadequate AC in our home with a 10-12 degree increase on our second story house. Dionis reviewed our furnace, AC, and ductwork and saw that it wasn't a match. His knowledge and guidance led us to a properly matched system with upgraded blower which has resulted in a much quieter, efficient system that brings only a 4-5 degree temperature increase on the second level. I couldn't be happier- especially with the heat advisory this week.

Updated review: I changed the star rating only because I was refunded. I contacted Kilma Comforts when my AC started acting up just three days before I was supposed to leave the state for the holiday weekend. I knew it was a long shot to find someone on short notice, but Dion seemed willing to help. He asked for photos and said he could stop by. He showed up within two days, which I appreciated. After looking things over, he said he could not fix it. He told me that doing so would require a crane and would be too complicated. I mentioned that a neighbor in the next building had theirs replaced without a crane, and Dion said he thought he had done one like mine before but did not feel confident doing it now. He suggested I try calling that same company instead. I felt a bit misled because I had already sent him pictures and described the issue before he came out. It left me feeling like he might have just wanted to make some extra money before his own trip. That may not have been the case, but it is how it felt to me at the time. He said he would check with a buddy who might be able to help and that he would follow up with me, but I never heard back. I also contacted the other company he suggested, but they could not fit me in on such short notice. I wish I could leave a better review because he was polite and initially responsive. But the lack of follow-up and paying ninety five dollars for a visit that led nowhere left me disappointed. I expected better from a company with such a strong reputation.

I recently had Klima Comfort Solutions install a new AC and Furnace in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the first consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient.
