No nonsense estimate by Eric. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. Very reasonable cost. Speedy scheduling and excellent communication via text and email. Crew was very professional and courteous. Installation was straightforward and we can already feel a difference, especially in our porch that lacked insulation altogether.

Was promised a quote Friday or Saturday. Called Monday and was told I would receive one within an hour. No call or quote. Waited until Wednesday called again. Excuse was the crew had a problem with a different job. Finally got the quote and it had a fan on the quote that was never discussed. Poor customer service. So disappointing. I did receive a follow up email which was very thoughtful which is why I changed my rating. Thank you

Steven, Oscar and Enrico completed my attic insulation for a bonus room over the garage. Even though it was an extremely hot day; with the attic temperature well over 100, Steven and his team arrived on time and completed their work (passing inspection) with a great attitude the entire day. Thanks again for a great customer experience.

Koala added insulation board and blow-in insulation around and above the upstairs living space in my house. Erik's estimate was reasonable, spot on (no surprises), and he took the time to present a couple of options with different pricing for me to choose from. The work itself was completed in one day as promised, and was done extremely well. Working with insulation can be extremely messy, but the Koala crew did such a good job with cleanup that there was no trace of them having been in my house when they left. Outstanding!!

The team at Kola Insulation did a fantastic job of insulating my crawl space and re- insulating my attic. The previous homeowner let the insulation in the crawlspace get wet and moldy. They even used insulation that was not to code. The Kola Team cleaned the mold off the floor joists and reinsulated the floor joist with the right insulation that met code. The attic had old insulation and due to leakage from the old roof had become wet and moldy too. Again they cleaned the mold off the rafters and floor joists and re-insulated my attic to code. The crew as courteous and cleaned up after themselves as if no one was in my house. I highly recommend Koala Insulation to you if you are looking to hire a reliable, professional and fairly priced insulation company!

Will not elaborate at this time due to pending results from court hearing. All you need to know is that i've had to take it THAT far. It should tell you everything you need to know about this company. I saw nothing but great reviews about them, so i decided to go with them to have my metal building spray foamed. I quickly found out the real Koala Insulation of Twin City. Terrible workmanship with only 1 intention....to collect your money and get out soon as they can. They obviously do not know what they're doing. There are several other companies in the area. Go elsewhere before it's too late!

Justin and his team from Koala were wonderful! I appreciated his attention to detail, and the thoughtful and deliberate time taken to resolving my slightly complicated attic situation, and the care taken to ensure I knew exactly what to expect. Justin was very quick to return the estimate and was very quick to get the work scheduled. I want to especially shout out how clean and neat Justin's team left my front yard, the rooms they had to bring their supplies through, and the attic area itself. I really enjoyed working with this company and I would (and have!) highly recommend them to others considering insulating their attics.
