I was a customer for 18 years and moved to a different area. I would not use any other company now that I am local again. They are professional, honest and knowledgeable. They also have better prices and maintenance plans. I have always used Conrad but I needed someone right away and Lars was able to come, he was on time and literally knew what the issue was and it was a quick fix. It is so nice to know that they are still reasonably priced and have maintained integrity with their service!

Krafft Service Corporation has been my HVAC servicing company for nearly 3 decades, in two different locations where I’ve lived in the DMV area. The techs all know and do their work well. Most recently Mark went above and beyond to make sure the humidifier was working properly. Grateful for everyone’s care and work. The work was all done under my maintenance agreement.

John from Krafft helped fix my HVAC today. I only called this morning and they offered me multiple same day times slots. What a gift to have them come out right away! John was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the issue, solved it, and set us up for future success. The price was reasonable and fair. Excellent service; I’ll would use them again.

Kraft provides great service from the original scheduling to providing updates on the technicians arrival time. Jerome provided excellent service when he installed two new thermostats for us. We picked this company after reading reviews on Washington Consumer Checkbook.

We were worried our ac unit was leaking but it turned out to be a leak coming from our upstairs neighbor, our technician from Krafft Service Corporation came out to take a look at our unit anyway to make sure there was no damage or issues! He was very knowledgeable and helpful and walked us through everything he was doing and what he was looking for! I hope we don’t have any issues in the future but if we do I’m confident that the Krafft technicians will get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Same day response when my HVAC heater stopped warming the house with the compressor. Quickly isolated the initial issue and made a plan to evaluate the system after some time for the compressor to reset. Great to have the company that installed my system still available with the same technicians who installed it!

Extremely polite, Professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. We have been with A-1, now Kraft, for many years. Purchased HVAC Kraft, as well as humidifier, several years ago and couldn't be happier. Excellent service! We have a contract. No charges for yearly servicing.
