Kroger

We had a pick up order a few weeks ago and not sure if it was an off night for them, but we sat there and waited almost 30 minutes and no one ever came out of the store to deliver orders. All of the spots were full and cars were lining up. We eventually had to leave and my husband had to return almost an hour later to get our food. Food was fine but customer service and communication could be improved.

That location is likely due for a remodel. It lacks the crisp feel of the two Super Centers. It is a reasonably clean store to shop in. The produce is generally fresh. The few issues with the meat department may be due to the time of day I have been shopping. The front end needs work. But it is nothing that some retraining in customer service and tougher management won’t correct.

I love Kroger, but today I had a gentleman that worked for Kroger come up while I was grocery shopping and try to get me to sign up for a credit card. I'm an introvert and I had my daughter with me and it just made me really uncomfortable and ruined the experience. I'm now wary of going back in case it happens again.

I gave it a 4 only because it is not as large as some Kroger's stores. However, they had a really good selection of food. I went to find different flavored candies for making fudge. I discovered this location has quite the selection in the baking supply is.

Kroger is the king of bait and switch; they routinely ring things up at a much higher price than was on the sign in the aisle. The shelvers are very aggressive; and, the managers are incompetent and couldn't care less about customer service. Shreveport Kroger on Youree Drive is a definite miss!

A nice man working the self checkout was a HUGE help today I think his name was Dominik or Dominique either way he was super helpful and saved my shopping trip from being a hassle!

This store is always clean and well stocked
