Larry Masci Electric

Poor customer service. They did the wiring in my new build in 2020. Developed a problem that caused the breaker to trip with anything more than a single light bulb. Called them up while they were literally actively working across the street and was told sorry, can't help you. Didn't even offer a date they would be available. Masci couldn't be bothered to walk across the street and help out. Wasn't expecting free labor, just wanted the problem fixed. Ended up calling Nichols who came the next morning.

Brian Austin and the staff at Larry Masci electric have been exceptional. They have always provided excellent service. They have been on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible as they have helped our church fellowship with our video surveillance needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone or any business or church that needs a video surveillance solution. An excellent group of guys. We look forward to doing business again with you in the future. We've had Larry Masci Electric come out to our house multiple times since we moved into our house. Every person we've dealt with there has been awesome! I wasn't able to be home when they were installing a pendant in our kitchen and they even Facetimed me with my husband to determine what height it should be. Angel was super nice and each person who has come out has left our house perfectly clean after they leave. They gave me accurate quotes ahead of time and scheduled me very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them in the future!

We moved into a townhouse in February 2017 and needed three GFCI and two regular breakers replaced. I spoke with Lucas and was quoted $150 for parts and labor. I then got a bill for $618. They sent two electricians for a one person job, and charged $90 per GFCI switch. You can buy them at Lowes for $50. I called Lucas to discuss this and would receive a run around from him. He wouldn't call me back. Now March of 2018 I received a letter from a collection agency. I contacted this company again and spoke with the office manager. She investigated the issue and reported: yes I was quoted $150, yes there was a massive communication break down admitted by Lucas, No they did not contact me regarding the difference in the quote verse what they saw at the home, Yes all businesses mark up their parts by 300%. This is a scam business and they should be ashamed of themselves. I am glad to pay the collection agency so they do not get the full amount.

We have loved working with Larry Masci Electric on our new build - they really pay attention to details & think of everything! Highly recommend them for any electric or security needs!
