Worked with Leo and team to address a cooling issue on a duplex we recently purchased. Turns out we needed a new condensor plus our HVAC system was highly irregular and clearly not permitted or sensible. Leo explained everything and updated our condensor and thermostats while giving us great advice for our maintainance and air filtering. Because of the irregularity, we asked Leo to do everything by the book including permits. He was happy to do it and the city came and approved the condensor. Additionally, we asked Leo back for advice on the other unit in the duplex, so now this business is on our speed dial

Another company tried to rip me off with a crazy quote, so I called LC Heating & Air in West Hollywood instead. Leo came out and was super honest about what actually needed to be done. He fixed my AC fast, explained everything clearly, and the price was way more reasonable. Really glad I found them — I’ll be sticking with LC from now on.

We had our air go out suddenly, and thankfully Leo was able to get it up and working despite the uncommon issues he found with our unit. He also explained everything to me as he was working which was great because I like to understand what is going on. There is no way we would have figured out the issue on our own, it was definitely a great choice to call in. He also was out less than a few hours after I called which was after most companies business hours. I would definitely call them again if I needed additional repairs.

10/10 for responsiveness, expertise, and problem-solving. Lio and his associate quickly identified and resolved AC and water line issues that other companies had missed entirely. We had to hire multiple other companies before LC finally solved our problems. We’ll absolutely be reaching out to them again for any future needs. Great customer service and follow-through.
