My father was the recipient of the Feel The Love foundation from Lennox & Leonard Splaine. I had previously reached out to this company back in May, I believe, a couple months after our 27yr old heat pump died. Ted came out to speak with us then and made going through our options easy - unfortunately we couldn't get it financed. A month later we reached out to another company to try their financing but it didn't go through, and that company said we should just pull money from our house to fix it but that's not something we were comfortable doing. I reached out to the county and another foundation but I couldn't find a way to help my father. I received an email from Leonard Splaine about the Feel The Love foundation at the end of a rough summer and very quickly nominated my father. Our options at that point were space heaters for the winter or using the house to get the money. A couple weeks later I had a call come in from Ted letting us know that my father was chosen to receive a new heating/cooling system. We were shocked and we really couldn't be more grateful to these two companies. They all came out Oct 7th and spent about 8 hours here putting in the new system. They went beyond that though - They also fixed our deck that had holes all through it! Put in a completely new one! We just want to say thank you again to Ted, Josh, Jacob, and everyone else from Leonard Splaine & Lennox that came out that day to help us! They were very friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. We are forever grateful and will continue our business with them.

Mike went above and beyond to fix our heater issue — even though it was very late in the day, he still made sure to come out and get it working instead of pushing the appointment to the next day. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. From start to finish, the entire Leonard Spline team was courteous, polite, and transparent. The customer service staff communicated clearly every step of the way, and Mike’s dedication really stood out. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, professional service!

Rudy was super nice and very efficient! He visited for our annual oil furnace servicing. We have never had an oil furnace before moving to this home and he provided us with all of the education we need to keep our home cozy this winter. If you are looking for a great technician with a big smile, ask for Rudy!

I was very pleased with Mike Showalters professionalism and the service he provided today. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he was doing. Ted and his team are amazing. You can’t go wrong when you use Leonard Splaine!

Brad came out a couple weeks ago he was very knowledgeable and professional. Took care of a failing thermostat to get our unit back online and did our seasonal AC check. Bryan came out today to troubleshoot an AC system. Very professional and skilled. He was able to locate and repair leaks in our system. Getting much needed cooling back online. He is a credit to Leonard Splaine Co. I would use him and Leonard Splaine again on our heating cooling needs. Very honest company. I would use both these techs again.

Jose and Francisco were excellent. They arrived on time, worked diligently, were friendly, and patiently and completely answered questions. updated: Not due to anybody’s neglect at Leonard Splaine, there was a malfunction due to the manufacturer. It happens. Rudy arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He was friendly, professional, and timely.

We had our annual inspection done & Rudy was great! He took the time to explain what he was checking, answered all my questions, and gave helpful tips for maintaining our system throughout the year. We feel confident going into the colder months knowing our HVAC system is in great shape thanks to Rudy’s thorough inspection.
