Cut sidewall of an oversized tire. Brought the truck in and they got us in right away, changed it to the spare, aired it up and sent us on our way all without a bill. Great team, great service. We will definitely be repeat customers

If I could give a minus star I would. They were called at 9:15 am to find out time frame for an alignment on a Jeep. Was told it would be an hour. Vehicle was brought to them and it is now 12:15 and hasn't even been started. No phone call to say "hey" the timeline that was given isn't going to happen. Vehicle was picked up with no work having been done. I would not recommend this company at all. Extremely unhappy having wasted over 3 hours of my time because they said it would be an hour. I will find another company to have my Jeep aligned and will definitely let it be know that they don't adhere to given timelines.

This place is awesome! We got a nail in our tire on our way to vacation in South Dakota. They got us right in, patched the tire and told us tire patching is complimentary and we didn’t owe anything. They are super efficient and the place was really nice and clean. What could have been a stressful experience was totally easy and stress free with Les Schwab. Thank you!!!

Came in thinking I simply needed an alignment — they balanced my tires first and found my tire rod was in bad shape. Les Schwab had my car up and running within a few hours. Quality customer service!
