Joachim was really good. He did a super job taking exactly what I wanted him to take and he really worked hard. I had three washing machines in the basement and he dealt with them very patiently... I'm very happy with the service

This was the best experience for removing a couple of old couches I no longer needed. Booking the reservation was easy and seamless - I felt very comfortable with the salesman - he answered all of my questions and ensured there were no hidden fees. The pricing was more than fair and way better than other companies. Finding a day and time that worked for me was also very easy and seamless. Two guys showed up right on time, very friendly and kind, and took my two couches out of my home with ease. I appreciate the help and thanks for making this such a breeze!

Emerson, the loader that was assigned to me, arrived within the designated time, with a colleague, and had the mattress platform assembled, and mattress unpacked and placed on the platform within 15 minutes. They were both very pleasant, worked quickly and in an organized manner, and took all the empty boxes and garbage with them.
