Friendly, Helpful and Professional Service! Our association needed a small storage unit to store miscellaneous items and Lockaway provided all the solutions we were looking for. The facility is clean, well kept, and secure. We worked with Carla and her commitment to customer service is second to none. She listened to our needs and concerns and provided a storage solution which met our budget. There was an initial billing error regarding insurance fees, however that matter was quickly resolved.
