First time here... They've earned a new customer!! Employees were so friendly, patient and helpful. They all truly seemed like they enjoyed working there. Even the customers had interactions with me. I love that they are pet friendly. I was able to go in with my two dogs and not have to leave them in the hot car. They also have a couple of shop dogs that are cute, sweet and dog friendly. I'll definitely go back as well as recommend this store to everyone. Thanks again!!
I usually go to home depot, but the customer service here is just way better. Staff is well informed on where their items are and guide you to them. Prices are good also.
Skip the big box hardware store ESPECIALLY when you might need some assistance in repairing something. Also, if you need window screens made OR repaired this is the place to go. Friendly and informative service. Good product selection. Parking in front but be cautious backing out!
My guy Colin was a legend, he was charismatic and chill. Helped me get some spray paint today, was able to offer suggestions and help with my assignment while maintaining a truly funny and upbeat attitude.
Hands down the absolute best customer service you will ever receive. Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and oh so kind. You would never think it, because of the size of the store but every time I go I find everything I need. They pack quite a bit in that tiny little space. Love being Chief among them. It's my go-to for all home improvement needs. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. 100 Stars!
Had to buy a grill last minute. The employees were extremely welcoming and kind. They help answer all our questions and were patient with us.
I love this place and all the helpful staff. I don’t bother going to Home Depot anymore (zero customer service and cannot find what I need). ACE is where it’s at - greeted at the door and walked through the store by Neil, Mike, David, Gabby etc to help me find my checklist quickly and make suggestions for my projects.
