Chris replaced my broken charger port in 4 days, even though he said it could take up to 2 weeks! He was knowledgeable & honest about the repair, didn't require a deposit, and charged fairly. This is my 2nd time having him help with this laptop and I will 100% be coming back if I have any more tech problems. 10/10.

My macbook pro 16" screen cracked internally, so when I bought the replacement screen I looked for someone to install it for me.
