AWFUL manager working at this location. I visited the store to get assistance with a damaged propane tank they had sold me. I didn't have the receipt, and I would have been fine with someone kindly explaining that they cannot look it up without the receipt. However, the manager working was WILDLY rude to me, when I asked if they could look it up by the credit card used for purchase, she told me I should just go have my husband figure it out. Who says that???? I visited the store alone, so she's assuming I have a husband who does everything for me? When I later went and paid AGAIN to purchase a propane tank, she refused to speak to me when she was getting it out of the locker. I told her thank you and she GRUNTED at me. I worked in retail management, and I get that there are plenty of bad days, but this was unacceptable behavior. This visit was Saturday July 19th, at 12:15PM, and she was the manager called over to help with propane.

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. We purchased a simple drop-in sink and paid for installation through Lowe’s, who outsources to Angi. What a disaster. In the past week we’ve spoken with more than a dozen people—each one repeating the same line: "I don’t know, we’ll contact you in 24 hours." A week later, nothing has changed. This morning, Angi finally told us, "we can’t install this because it’s out of our scope of work." Lowe’s then pointed us right back to Angi, saying, "all installation issues must go through them." In other words, zero accountability from either side. I’ve never dealt with a company so unorganized, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. If this is how Lowe’s handles something as basic as a sink installation, I can only imagine what bigger projects must be like. Save yourself the frustration—go anywhere else.

Long-term employees at this location, and there are quite a few, are good evidence of their satisfaction and expertise, and competent management. It's my first stop for building supplies, and I rarely have to make a second stop.
