NW Tallahassee Lowe's has some of the best people in the business: Thom, Gary, Dave, Gail, John, Luke, etc. In there daily getting mostly lumber to build my house.

A friend picked up wainscoting, 9 sheets. All had previous water damage they were cut both vertical and horizontal. Lowe’s could not do anything to fix their mistake! I advised that I would return the item and go to The Home Depot next door! The associate agreed that I should do that!! Never again. We haven’t been to Lowe’s in YEARS. Now I remember why!! Horrible customer service!!

Twice in the last couple months the store Manager Albert was phenomenal!! He went beyond the call on a wrong home delivery and a customer blind order! In both cases he resolved the issues and our family couldn’t be happier ! Thank you Albert you are a kind person and are a credit to the Lowe’s corporation!

This is partly an website issue, but the store was also to blame. When I purchased this dishwasher at Lowe's, the salespeople told me I needed to go online and register it. My online My Lowe's account contains the purchase information, including the extended warranty plan (which is also on the printed receipt). However, I cannot find any link or mechanism whereby I can "register" this plan. Neither the website nor the salespeople were helpful in this regard, and I've wasted a lot of time trying to find out. THEN... I was prompted by the website to "give feedback" on the purchase. I completed all the information their review form and the "Submit Review" button never became active (see screenshot). Again, a very frustrating waste of time.

Sales associate at the self checkout was not friendly at all. The young man needs support on efficiently moving lines. Instead of moving customers to the furthest register he left it open and made us wait. No one could go around due to large carts etc. This happened early afternoon, I could only imagine during peak time.

I had the best experience today at this location! I went to purchase a push mower and I had an associate named Eddie who greeted me and asked if I needed help, while also helping me lift the mower into my car. He was customer oriented and very kind. Thank you Eddie!

WOOWWWW!! Somebody let management know that Eddie is THAT GUY! Deserves a raise or a hug at the very least. I came in needing help with a small portable grill I was borrowing for a camping trip. I felt a little silly and embarrassed walking in with my grill, but Eddie was so nice and helpful! He spent a solid 15 minutes talking through all my options and helping me land on the right choice. I know I asked a lot of questions, but he was extremely patient. I was stressed and nervous and he was super assuring and calmly answered every question I had. Genuinely 5/5 stars purely because of him. If you see this Eddie, thank you so much!
