Staff is helpful and friendly. They give a discount for military service, which has saved me a lot of money. Good website to make decisions at home before going to the store. Replacing popcorn texture and repairing ceiling damage.
We are working on updating our home. I can’t lie Lowe’s has some good products that I love the style of, but in one instance, I paid $19.99 for something that I found the exact same thing in a different department for $5.83. Other than that, I love select things about Lowe’s, this location needs better management. There have been several occasions where we have not gotten customer service when coming to make a large purchase. There is a very little training and honestly, customer focus in the appliances department and it’s gotten to the point where we can no longer even consider giving them our business. From this point forward, we are going to go be completely loyal Home Depot customers because they give us a more local feel than Lowe’s. For example, tonight there were four employees in the appliance department helping one customer. At one point an employee from another department said oh my goodness I’ll have to get them to help you and yet we waited and we waited and we waited, and then we left so we will not be returning. As a company that proudly supports military families, we like to support Lowe’s, but it just doesn’t make sense for us. We’ve even tried going on weeknights versus on the weekends, and Customer Service is still abysmal.
I don't get here as much as I'd like but their service is amazing. Always helpful and have the answers. I've called ahead and bugged them many times to make sure I know what I'm doing. They've even gone out of their way to get me out of a bind with my order mistake. The people on the garden center are above and beyond. Great staff and great location!
This is the best hardware store in town! What really sets it apart is how amazing the employees are! Everyone I have interacted with has been so helpful and kind! The staff here goes above and beyond to help out even with my weird request as I frequent this store just to train my dogs. Shout out too Russ in the garden section for letting me train out there and being super helpful and understanding and Lucas for always coming to say hi and being friendly.
The worst appliance experience I’ve ever had. First of all the app wasn’t allowing my order to process online so had to call which normally isn’t a big deal but was hung up on twice while trying to order. Got everything ordered went to pick up today after getting a call saying my entire order is ready for pickup just to find out one of my appliances wasn’t available. I am from almost 2 hours away and made a special trip to get these appliances. Customer service then told me there was nothing I could do besides wait until the 27th or go purchase another appliance somewhere else and wait for a refund. Thank god for Daniel who loaded my 2 appliances for being a great person he listened to my whole story and then immediately checked the inventory just to find out there were in fact appliances in stock that I purchased so he went in to talk to a manager to get approval and came out 15 minutes later to complete my order. If Daniel didn’t work there this review would be far worse. Daniel deserves a 10/10 rating customer service deserves a -10/10.
We purchased some lawn equipment and there was a lot of confusion about whether battery packs were included or needed to be purchased separately. In the end, William, a Lowe's Associate, came up with the smart solution which was simply to open the box and see if they were in there. He saved us some time AND we had the satisfaction of knowing we were going to have batteries when the time came to use the equipment. What's more, he helped us get a rather large box up in the back of the truck. Shout out to William!!! You're awesome!!!
Do not buy appliances from here. 48 hour window to return. Used our new range and the stove top worked just fine. Found out later the oven did not work because they hit it with a forklift and would not do anything for us!
