If you're thinking of doing a flooring project with this Lowes store (Modesto, CA - Pelandale) or their installer Keller (Stockton, CA) do yourself a favor and run as fast you can to somewhere (anywhere) else! Our project was measured at a little over 2,500 sq ft almost 5 weeks ago. Turn the clock to install day (today) and some 40+ phone calls to everyone from the Lowes Online Sales department, Lowes Flooring in-store, Lowes store management, Lowes shipping/receiving, Keller Install and then add in another 25+ emails and at least that number of text messages only to find out the promised and scheduled delivery of flooring product isn't happening. $20,000 doesn't get you much more than a massive headache and disappointment with Lowe's and Keller. Moving van arrives in 4 days and my floors are barren concrete with ripped up carpet and no plan from Lowes other than "we're working on it". I'll update you on the disappointing saga but wanted to share my dismal experience to date. What a clown show and failure of job and customer service all the way from first contact to upper mananagment. Shame on you Lowes for the poor excuse of a business! UPDATE 1: Rented a flatbed trailer and after several calls went and picked up the 150+ boxes of flooring and lugged them to the worksight! I feel exhausted and more frustrated than when I posted the initial review hours ago. At least the install crew (very good by the way) have product and are able to try and get the job done. I asked to see the Store Manager at the Lowes Pro Desk...he never showed his face or gave me the courtesy of a explanation for the fiasco. Just NOT the example of how a store like Lowes should be handling this. If I was his boss he'd be fired immediately...nice job!! UPDATE 2: So the initial delivery was to include QTY 2 boxes of QTY 16 Underlayment Rolls...guess what was delivered? Yes, 2 rolls. So another trip to Lowes to pick up the missing materials. After about 45 minutes getting the product and returning to the job sight with the 2 newly acquired boxes of underlayment, guess what gets delivered by Lowe's with an "oops we forgot to deliver these"?So now I've got QTY 4 boxes of underlayment, followed soon after by a kinda cranky call from Lowe's asking me to return the extra boxes of underlayment....right? You want them, you pick them up. They still haven't made a scheduled pickup because they couldn't schedule a truck....no surprise there. Lowes continues with their stellar service! UPDATE 3: Just received a call from Lowe's today (2 days after our project started) asking what style of baseboards they should deliver to me? Well, I'm confused! I didn't order any baseboards so likely some other poor soul trying to get an install from Lowe's is headed down the same dark path I've been forced to navigate with Lowe's Install and delivery. Bless your heart guys having to deal with Lowe's and yet once again Lowe's...keep up the stellar work! You are simply amazingly inept...I'm almost without words UPDATE 4: Later today (day 2 of the project) I just received an automated call from Lowe's Delivery confirming a "Delivery Window" between 2pm and 6:30pm tomorrow. Heaven only knows what this is all about and stay tuned for the next update to see what's in the Mystery Delivery!!! You can't even make this stuff up!! Simply Incredible....

I recently went through a return process at Lowe’s, and I have to say that Brittany and Erika provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were both incredibly professional, patient, and kind, making what could have been a stressful experience feel completely smooth and easy. Brittany went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and efficiently, while Erika’s friendly attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. Together, they made sure my return was processed correctly and that I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to encounter a team so dedicated to customer care—Brittany and Erika are perfect examples of what excellent customer service should look like. I truly appreciate their help and professionalism!

I wish I could give Lowe’s on Palendale a 0 star. Came here to buy a washer we checked them out really liked one and went back home to think on it and compare prices with Home Depot. I then proceeded to call them to ask if they can waive the delivery fee which was $39 since Home Depot offered free delivery. They told me they can waive it but would need to charge me for the attachments I told them I didn’t need them then they stated "oh well you have to help me out with something if you want me to do that for you at least buy a detergent for $20" which just sounded desperate on their end I’m sure they’re getting some sort of commission or something. I said let me think about it. So I end up going in driving 25 min just for Weston in the appliance department to tell me oh well they aren’t allowed to give you those discounts and it’s $39 for delivery. And proceeded to tell me he can’t prove that I had just spoken to someone or maybe it was Home Depot even after I should him the call with their number on it. He did not bother to try to figure out anything absolutely horrible customer service. I ended up buying it since I had already made two trips here and wasted so much time and to top it off they stated they were going to send someone out to help load it and I waited 10 min and no one showed up ended up loading it ourselves. Never coming back here ever again take your business to Home Depot instead even if you have to pay a bit more.

Easy parking and entrance for people with disabilities. Thee main entrance is easy to find and shopping carts are by the entrance. You cannot miss the entrance, there are signs. This hardware store has so much to offer; clothing, hardware, tools, holiday decorations & even discounted plants that are about to be thrown away due to it's condition.

Much better customer service than Home Depot. Lowe’s is usually cheaper too. Unfortunately the closest store is too far away for quick trips. Please put a store in Tracy CA

I am 100% disabled and I am forced to order everything I need by computer to have it delivered to my home. My first delivery from Lowe’s wound up with park management getting involved with the delivery because the driver could not understand he had to enter the park through the entrance gate and not the exit gate. Today I had the balance of my order delivered so quietly my dog didn’t hear the driver leave my order in my carport. Normally I have someone around to assist with things like this but today I was alone. It is one of those extremely hot days and I was forced to work in the heat to unpack items shipped and then break down the packing material for recycling. I am a 77 year old retired service member and a 100% disabled veteran on top of that. If this is looking out for customers I hate to think what Lowe’s personnel would do to customers if they didn’t care about them. It may take me longer to get items through Home Depot but my health is more important to me now especially knowing I don’t have much time left on this earth to enjoy it. BTW I did try and call Lowe’s three times only to have the phone hung up on me. GOODBY lOWE’S!
