Lowe's Home Improvement

Lowe’s is near my house so it is convenient for me to shop there, but I shop there because Lowe’s carries good brands at reasonable prices. Their delivery of appliances is quick and the drivers are experienced, polite, and thorough. I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s and I am very satisfied.

Dont let them load your tile on a pallet unbanded. Loader said it would be fine, I told him to band it. He used 3 wraps of shrink wrap and loaded. Otw to return 3 boxes and a formal complaint against the loader who has no clue how weight shifts

While visiting Toledo went to buy new appliances for my parents and we had the worst experience shopping there. Not only the woman in the appliance department refused to attend to us, she called someone else after giving us the nastiest attitude because I was talking to my mother in our native language. Not only did she called someone else she then proceed to called at another lady and pointed at us while giving us dirty looks. We ignored her because the person helping us was very helpful and nice. But it was obvious to us that she was racist and had a problem with us being there. Shame on you for hiring people like that.

Do not shop at Lowe’s. We ordered a refrigerator to be delivered and paid extra for this service. The crew that delivered the refrigerator damaged the wall in two different areas. The delivery company and Lowe’s management stated they would investigate what happened and have failed to get back with us and will not return our phone calls. I would NOT recommend Lowe’s to anyone. We are so disappointed with this company.

Came in to look for a stove for my Daughter and Son in law wedding Anniversary gift and the staff in the store greeted me and engaged in my needed also the young gentleman in appliances was so helpful ❤️ friendly And Thankful Way better Trained than the Central store you got my 5 and attention. Thank you great Management the Kitchen Aid Stove was a great gift .

Outstanding service. Called to ask for an extension on my pick up date for mulch that I bought on sale. Kind male associate gave me an extension to June 2. The store has improved on customer relations. Good job!!!!

Went to this Lowe’s to purchase lawn item their website said they stocked. Walked the department couple of times and finally found associate who confirmed they had item - in a box, in top stock, no display. Didn’t even offer to bring it down for me to look at it If I wanted to purchase something sight unseen, I could go to Amazon - and have it delivered, to boot. Don’t get what passes for customer service these days, but the North Toledo Lowe’s sets a low bar, then trips over it. To make Amazon a better option is pretty bad in my opinion.
