My first few experience at this shop were good, till I bought a battery late December and recently it wasn’t holding charge. Prior buying the battery I got the alternator checked and was good. Went back to have battery replace and owner insisted that my alternator was bad. after all the owner changed the battery, but gave me no warranty due to the fact that he "thought" my alternator was bad and it was causing the battery to not be charged. After having the battery replaced I went to O’Reillys to have my alternator checked again, and came out in good condition. Owner lost a good customer and I will stop recommending people.

got a new battery and a month later came to get a new one because it stopped working. another month passed came for another one and the guy thinks it’s my car. went to O reilly they checked everything and they said it was the battery. be careful and check the batteries.

I bought my Battery there. It had a 5 month warranty. I went in to exchange my battery and they tried to say that I didn't get my battery from them because it did have a sticker. I Informed them that the person who sold me the battery never put a sticker on it. Then I asked them if they kept records on purchases and I was told no. I don't know how anybody runs a business selling things and they never keep records of it. Now I have to go looking for my receipt.

Battery lasted fine for 3 months but went bad. Took it back to the shop to cash out my warranty but guy said it was at 100. I replaced the starter to see if it was the problem but it still didn’t want to start. Took battery to auto zone and they said it was beyond dead. DONT TRUST FOR MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS!!!

I've bought over 10 batteries from them and haven't had any problems.

Great service...used battery for a $50 5month warranty and a new battery for a $100 1year warrant. Let see? How well the battery lasts and will return my comment. I got a $100 battery. I went to Auto Zone it was $220 and told me it was gel battery needed but when the guy from Luna took the battery out and show me, it was the liquid acid battery, almost rip me off at Auto Zone and they even came to my car to look at it that they recommend gel battery for this type of car.
