M and M Heating and Air

I’ve been using M & M for years. Chris and his Dad are great. They arrived when they say they are and are true to their word. They work at a fair price which is hard to find nowadays. If your looking for a heating and air company whose fair and reliable this is your company

Chris has serviced HVAC at two separate houses for me and has always been swift and efficient on getting the parts or service done. Most recently he came out to my new house and did the cleaning/maintenance for the gas furnace that was sluggish due to accumulation of dust over the summer. As always the cost was extremely reasonable and affordable. He never jumps to the replace the entire system because it’s older solutions that the other HVAC companies I used before M and M did, just gives great advice on maintaining existing systems so they have a long lifespan.

Chris came and dud our service in about an hour - diagnosed and fixed AC. Tested heat. Made sure that system was ready to go. He had looked up our records and knew what might be happening based on our systems age and their maintenance history. Awesome. He’s also super nice!

AC stopped blowing cold air Sunday evening and came across M&M while searching for a local repair company. Made the call and was impressed with my initial experience on the phone and was told when to expect a callback. Got the callback as expected and was given an appointment time. Chris arrived as planned and immediately went to work looking for all possible causes even though he had a good idea of the problem. He got the problem isolated quickly and of course the usual suspect was a capacitor along with a sensor. Chris did a thorough cleaning of the outside unit and gave us several bits of advice on how to keep the older system we have more efficient. Two days later, we are happy to say the AC is still doing great and even working better than it was on these 95+ days we are having. Definitely going to have him come back for the maintenance plan time ups to keep us in top shape. Highly recommend this small local company. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and straightforward with what needed to be done.

M&M has helped me out with several issues. They are prompt, reasonably priced, and know what they’re doing. My AC went out at 3 AM, I left a message with them, and Chris was at my house, and had it fixed by 9 AM. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been dealing with M & M for about 3 years now. Very professional, reasonably priced, and they do great work. They have warranties on their parts, and they honor them. I’ve never felt scammed by them.

Chris is always prompt and reliable. He suggest certain services but I felt no pressures to buy. He came to my aid when no one else could fit me in. My AC was up and cooling within 30 minutes of his arrival. I approve this post
