MakSteel/JIT Metals. Absolutely disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied. Between two separate deliveries here within a month, I have now clocked an entire 45 hours of sleeper time on the property. First experience was a month ago. Arrived at 1:30pm, unloader came down the line and told drivers who were there waiting to leave and come back or stay the night. I did the later. I did 18 hours. Chalked it up to being late. But no. So about November 1st, they have decided to implement delivery numbers. But the incompetent office workers will not give them out. Four of us delivery drivers have now sat here for 27 hours awaiting a number to unload. MakSteel refuses to give one. I arrived at 10:30am on 11/8/22 with no trucks in line to unload. Last time on October on the 7th, you didn’t even need one. Now it looks like all four of us drivers will deliver elsewhere. I WILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER COIL HERE. I refuse to sleep underneath a bridge and waste another minute of my life here. This company is unorganized, and incredibly unprofessional. They are loading and unloading the in house trucks without issue, giving delivery numbers to other company drivers, but refusing to give delivery numbers to any of us specifically since the change. It was news to me just as much as news to our dispatch. Highly unprofessional. They do not care about your time. Do not bring freight here or prepare to wait an eternity. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

One of the best places I have ever downloaded. Friendly and very efficient. It took them 10 minutes to download. I would definitely go back again.

Turn before you get to apartments and follow signs. Unloading was fast.

Directions on Garmin will tell to go past and turn down street. Don't apartment complex. My bills said Grand Steel it is Maksteel which is on small sign on fence. Turn in where says Gate 1. Parked over night and no issues.

Coil deliveries. Follow your Google Maps GPS to the entrance. Once you pass the gate follow the road to the end. Make a right. It’ll be the last bldg. Follow the instructions on the board. I checked in at Bay 3, not 4, due to the fact that the crane operator was at the bay entrance. What I did was to go to the small parking lot on the right to unstrap and unchain, where the company trailers are parked . No appointment to follow. You might find a spot to park overnight if you decide to get there early. I would’ve tried. Be safe !! I forgot to mention, it’s not a bad spot to deliver.

Decent place to load and unload. A little confusing the first time you get there. First time was to get loaded…waited a while as they load the local guys first on the outside lane…I think I butted in line by accident as the load and unload at the same place! …second time was an unload and went a bit smoother! There really isn’t a place to check in except at the large bay door!! However there are Friendly people that work there!!

Overnight stay is available. They also have portable toilets. Receiving opens at 7 am. sharp. And it is a small door at the end of the building. Don't forget your appointment number. Otherwise they won't offload. Untarp, unchain and move to bay 3. They will check your paper and tell you what to do. You can also park and wait for your next dispatch.
