When I emailed a copy of my homeowner's rental insurance policy to avoid being charged the company's insurance fee, the representative (Baba) responded in minutes assuring me that my policy had been received and the additional fee that was to begin being charged the next month had been removed. I also appreciate that I received a heads up several weeks prior to the fee being added due to my own policy expiring so I could take action. It's so nice when companies do the right thing and are responsive, in a very polite and friendly manner.

I’ve stored with Manhattan Mini Storage for the past 3 summers and they’ve always been fantastic—helpful, accommodating, and very convenient. I recently moved my things out but forgot to notify the office and return my keys, so I was charged for an extra month (totally my bad). They were really easy to contact and very understanding about the entire situation, and they helped me get a good chunk of the payment back. KIRK is a legend of customer service at Manhattan mini store @ 133 riverside Drive. The connect with people in a very human way and that is well appreciated by people like me that is looking to get personalized services. I had a great experience today at the storage facility, thanks to two outstanding team members. Keith was incredibly helpful and polite — he assisted me in breaking down my lock and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. I also want to give a big shout-out to Liliana in the office. She went above and beyond to ensure my transaction was smooth and hassle-free. From start to finish, she made me feel well taken care of and valued as a customer. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly made a difference. I called today to terminate my storage contract and spoke with Baba. He went above and beyond without me having to ask & found a solution that worked wonderfully for me. He was very pleasant & easy to work with. I also usually speak with Ben, who is with maintenance. As a female traveling through there at night, Ben always looks out for me & ensures I’m good to go. He doesn’t know how much I appreciate that. This is the best storage company I’ve dealt with! Thank you all for having my back.

I walked into the building to ask some questions about renting a storage unit. When I walked in, I was the only one in there besides the man behind the counter. He did not look up. I waited a few seconds for him to acknowledge me. He eventually raised his glance, so I said "I’m sorry I just have a few questions about unit sizes and pricing". He handed me a business card and said "it’s all online" and looked back at the computer. The business card had a phone number and an email address listed, presumably so that I can contact them and ask the exact same questions I would’ve asked him in that moment. It also had a QR code for leaving a Google review, which is the only reason I’m writing this, as I am not someone who normally leaves reviews.
