He came out promptly, provided a very fair and transparent quote, and took the time to explain everything in detail so I could make informed decisions. Absolutely outstanding service! I couldn’t be happier with the plumbing work done! They fixed both of our showers quickly and professionally, and the difference in water flow is incredible… it feels brand new. What really stood out was the clear communication: they explained everything upfront, gave a fair and accurate quote, and stuck to it. No surprises, no upselling — just honest, high-quality work. Once again, Marathon Plumbing, Heating and AC proves what a great company they are. This time it was David Lara and Matt Kennedy doing my service call. Thorough, timely and explained what they were doing as they went. Had answers for all my questions and recommended what to have done in my next inspection. No pushy sales pitch. We were recommended to marathon(formerly Long Beach heating and Air) by a family friend when our AC unit just stopped working and they were amazing! They were able to come out the very next day and Whitney found our problem within the first 5 min. He was thorough and found a few other things that might be a cause for more issues in the near future for our 12 year old unit. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and over gave us great service! I will be recommending Whitney and Marathon to all my family and friends. Sleeping in a cool house tonight 🙂

Derek from Marathon Plumbing, Heating & Air was amazing to work with. Super friendly, showed up on time, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the job was done right. You can tell he actually cares about doing quality work and keeping customers happy. It’s hard to find service this good these days — so happy that Derek is our main guy for this.

My technician today was Javier Torres. He did a great job performing the maintenance for the day, but he did not just stop there. He provided a lot of education which is helpful to me to understand the big picture. We also took time to assess the current state of the system all the way to the vents. He provided the various quotes for the services I will slowly be requesting. Great experience
