McGee/TTC

We bought a new Coachman Entourage Class C at the end of August. Took it to Vegas three weeks ago. Worst ride we’ve ever experienced of any vehicle. We had an alignment done by International when we got back to St Louis. It helped some. It was definitely out of alignment. Then we headed to Fort Myers Beach. It still wasn’t right. It seemed to have a range. Between 63 and 70 it shook like a dog coming out of water. My wife called several places on our way down and found McGee. She explained the situation and they said we could make it today (that was last Friday) they could take a look at it. When we got there it was about 2:30 pm. We told them our situation and they said they’d have no problem getting it done. The store manager communicated with us through out the process. One of the front tires had a "road force" of 86 when it was supposed to be 6. The other thing he noted was we had off road tires on the back. He told us he’d never seen such a combination before. They balanced all 6 tires and gave us a quote on replacing the back four. But he wasn’t pushing the sale. He told us to ride it home and see if the road improved any before we jumped into a $2200 purchase. These guys seemed to know their tires. Our RV dealer, Midwest RV doesn’t . They were clueless on how to resolve our problem. These were great people to work with all the way around.

I’ve never been to a shop where the manager is so hands-on, informative, and genuinely courteous, and it’s not just sitting in the office directing people .Troy and his team don’t just do the job — they go above and beyond. The way they work together, always ready to jump in and help, is honestly impressive to see. From the crew all the way up to management, everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. There’s no other shop I’d trust over this one. Huge thanks to Troy and the entire team — you guys are excellent at what you do!
