Mechanical plus installed a new filter which uses the electronic polarized-media technology and I will say they were timely and were done fairly quick. The installer was really nice and very helpful. I had the same unit installed in my previous home and the installation company did not even take the time to show me what I was looking for or even how to change the filter. Mechanical Plus’ installer took the time to explain the system, what the lights mean, how to place the filter, and took me outside to show me on my breaker how to shut it of prior to changing it. The new filter system is amazing.

Mitch is honest, he does great work, on time repairs, transparent when explaining requirements needed for my old unit which was near 20 yrs old. I decided to replace my Payne 3 ton combo package with an American Standard 3 ton 15 seer 2 stage. The price couldn't be beat, retrofit with new fabrication, new thermostat, electronic invoice, and no issues! The unit is amazingly quite, runs cool air immediately when it turns on, and could not be happier.
