Andrew and Phil in the customer pick up area were super amazing. They went way above customer service to help me out. I thought I was missing parts, Menards ordered me a new tank to take parts out of. That one didn't have the same parts. They realized that the missing parts were in the tank (which I never thought of looking in). Phil took the time to make sure all pieces were there. Such a great experience today.

Purchased a washer and dryer for grandson’s new house. Paid $160 for delivery. Menards then changed him another $160. Hopefully got one of them refunded (still waiting). Then, I was led to believe installation was included. Nope . Just put it in the house and left. After another call, no connections just drop it off. They need to be clearer about that. Disappointed with the delivery services

Used the app to find what I was looking for. Worked perfectly. Had my whole shopping trip done for my project in 20 minutes. Thanks Menards app.

There storage place SUCKS. You can be on auto pay and they kick you out and double fine you. The staff will tell you can do something, they lie to you and then charge you because you can't do it. The staff is never there on site. This is the most disappointing rental place ever. They raise there rent often. I started under 100.00 now over 150.00 same space. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

I've been shopping here for years. Store is always clean and consistently laid out. Service is usually really good.

I do like Menards but not happy with the door they show on display was NOT the same color of what we purchased! It was very misleading and the workers did not tell us about the sealant. Found this out AFTER we were picking them up from the warehouse. Really not happy about it! It would have been nice if it says something on the display door!

Was expecting to have to wait a few days to have our carpet order ready. To our surprise it was ready within 10 minutes!
