I have been leasing vehicles at the Mercedes Benz dealership in Tampa since 2004. I have to say that in this opportunity I had the very best experience ever ( it has always been good)!!! Charles Robb was our Salesman. Charles and I came in contact regarding the end of my lease and had several texting interactions. I was very clear as to what I wanted in my next lease. He was very knowledgeable, diligent, courteous and immediately offered what I was looking for. The day that I came in the dealership, October 27,2025 I met with Charles and he introduced me to Adam Frisco- Sales Manager. Adam was very courteous and most helpful and made sure that I would even get more than what I was asking for initially. This made me extremely happy!! To top working with these two fine gentlemen I continued the process and worked with Gavin Barber- Finance Manager. He made the financing process very smooth and painless!! was able to be seal the deal with a BIG smile on my face. I just bought a new car from MBOT and had the pleasure of working with Alex Cook. He was super friendly, attentive, professional, and had amazing and timely communication through the whole process. The cars are amazing and they gave us a great deal on our first Benz. I was honestly more impressed by our sales rep Charles Robb, He showed elite professionalism and was the kindest sales rep I have ever encountered. On top of that he made sure the car was in tip top shape before we took it home and kept me updated the whole time. If I go back I want to talk to that guy. 10/10
