If I could give zero stars I would. I went in store for the new promo and the front desk girl said she would not hornor prices in store. When I called her out she then changed up the story and said it would be over $400 for an IPHONE 12 ! I tried to explain that online the promo was $40. DO NOT GO HERE, even if its closer. Just go to the one on 9900 Pines Blvd. This METRO store has Horrible customer service.

Nick recently helped me at this location. I couldn’t be more impressed! He was working by himself and had multiple customers walking in. He was fantastic at multi-tasking, keeping a smile on his face, and SO helpful!! What a huge asset he is to this location.

I was in need of a another Phone, Cause my other phone was not good. The Battery on the phone was Puffed up in the back, So I came down to Metro PCs..to get a New Phone. Let me tell you Carolina Helped me immediately. Said you most definitely need a New phone.. I had such outstanding service from her..We actually had a Great Time..This Metro PCs is highly recommend if anyone needs to get a new phone. The service was Outstanding. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very well and got attended quickly by Carolina she was very helpful in giving us detail on the phones and sales and promotion's that they had going on. She helped my grandfather in switching over to metro and getting him situated with everything to get him going! If you ever come to this location make sure to ask for her matter fact you won’t need to because she will greet you!
