I went there to purchase a backup camera and touch screen stereo from Frank. Marcos, the installer did a good job installing everything and he decided to give me a Big Surprise, a HOLE in my hatch that I didn't ask for, how can that even happen ⁉️ Frank said he knows somebody who works on Boats that could repair it, so I said ok, but he Never called me back like he said he would❗It ended up costing me an additional $283. to get it repaired at an auto body shop and $60. for rides there‼️What a nightmare they put my wife and I through!!!!

Traveled 2 hours to get to this place,Im from out of state and was visiting family in roseville and decided to hit them up and make the drive this trip, I seen them on social media an they looked like a good shop and what I was looking for. I went on Saturday and the guy working inside had NO INTEREST in helping me. I had to carve out the answers to basic questions anyone would ask for in buying a sound system. I was ready to drop $3k (+or-) in my truck. Really disappointed, I wasn't going to just give someone money with out asking what exactly I was going to pay for and not get answers. Maybe go here if you want to hand over money and not ask what your getting? I had an idea an was hoping to get pointed in the right direction but dam near just shut the door on me. Take your money somewhere else

The staff here were awesome. Came in originally a few months back because I needed an adapter for my radio to antenna on a 38 Olds. They opened packages and tried multiple adapters for me as this was not a standard fix. When they found the right one they gave it to me at no charge and just said "nice car". This won my business and I just had them install a new stereo, 4 6x9's, amp, and subs. The process was easy the price was excellent and the install was super clean. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a fair deal from good people. Thanks for treating me and my ride so well Car Audio Outlaws.

Just moved out here I needed a box made so I found outlaws on the web I must say I’m glad I picked them they made the box perfect and they were fast. The price is fair. I will definitely be returning

Don't bring your car here! I was told I'm not allowed to browse while my car was being worked on. I was interested in purchasing TVs for the back seat to go with my new speakers, but I was told I had to sit down and not walk around. I was also not able to look at my car or be anywhere near it there was a TV on the wall where you can see the cameras that overviewed the cars, he said I couldn't even look at that. I was forced to stay because they already started working on my car and to top it all off the speakers installed were very low quality worse than the original factory speakers. They cut the wires on the old speakers so low they were not usable anymore I will never be back here again or recommend this place to anybody.
